As a certified provider of ZixCorp, Cisco Security Products, Sonicwall Security Appliances and our own DefenderWall Applications, xDefenders provides the design, deployment and management services that compliment your staff and personnel.
xDefenders acts as your Security System Administrator and becomes a
member of your Incident Response Team. We remotely manage and monitor
the DefenderWall, Cisco and Sonicwall systems for you. Critical
databases are automatically updated and timely software patches are
applied. We perform weekly remote backups and include hardware
maintenance coverage.
Security Operations Center (SOC)
Located
in Rochester, NY, our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center is
SAS 70 certified and a secure Enterprise-Class data center. The center
has redundant power, ISP connections, and management consoles are
staffed 24x7. Our security analysts use correlation engines to identify
faults, attacks, and escalate immediately, according to client plan.
Standard Defender Services include
remote monitoring, operating system updates, application software
support and subscription, timely database updates, administrative
support, and next day hardware replacement, Monday through Friday from
8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.

Defender Pro Services offer
management and monitoring services with escalation, rapid response and
administrative support, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our SOC
staff monitor for attacks and escalate response according to client
policy and procedures.
Includes all of the above and our 24x7 Management and Monitoring
for real-time intrusions and attacks, as well as timely updates and
patches. Our Security and Network Operations Center (SOC/NOC) is
professionally staffed, around the clock, to support immediate
escalation procedures, according to your Plan.
